This policy applies to Tuoxin Video Publisher, an internal tool operated by Sichuan Tuoxin Packaging Co., Ltd. for uploading the company's own promotional videos to its official TikTok account through the official TikTok Content Posting API.

This tool has no user registration, no login form of its own, and no public-facing interface. It is operated exclusively by the company's own staff.
Access tokens and upload logs are stored on company-controlled servers located outside mainland China. Video files are transferred directly to TikTok's servers over an encrypted connection and are not retained by the tool after a successful upload.
The only third party involved is TikTok (ByteDance), which receives the video content and the metadata required to publish it. We do not sell, share or transfer any data to any other party.
Because this tool processes no personal data of external individuals, there are no data subject requests to fulfil. Employees authorised to use the tool may request deletion of their access token at any time by contacting the company.
Tokens are stored with restricted file permissions and are never exposed to the public. API traffic uses TLS. Access to the tool is limited to named company personnel.
